Refund policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at rburch@steelwolf-creations.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. I will address any issues on a case-by-case basis in order to find a satisfactory solution.

I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The item must be unused in its original packaging for a full refund. If you have already opened the packaging and want to return the item for another reason, contact me by email first at rburch@steelwolf-creations.com.
