- Any references to the item name and franchise it's from, as well as a reference image.

- Deadline for completion, if you have one.

- Level of finish (unpainted/painted).

- Any specific features that require sound, lighting, or movement.

- Any specific requirements on the materials used; whether it needs to be scratch-built or if it's to be applied to an existing item like an Airsoft weapon.

- Whether you want the final product to be exclusive to your use or potentially available to others.

- Your budget (so I can provide options).
