Barrel stabilizers are used to reduce the spread from recoil and were usable on some pistols and SMGs prior to the addition of laser sights in Season 14. This particular model was available as a legendary (gold) weapon attachment in the original release.
This gold barrel stabilizer is interchangeable with the flash suppressor and laser sight at the end of the SteelWolf Creations R-99 SMG. It is not compatible with the SteelWolf Creations RE-45 Auto Pistol.
